Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders with 72 hours of purchase from our online store subject to availability.

We will make every effort to have the good delivered within the estimated time scale given below, however, occasionally delays may occur that are beyond our control.

Delivery in the UK will be made by first class post unless next day delivery is specified. Orders received after 3.00pm will not be eligible for next day delivery.

From time to time, we run special offers such as providing FREE UK Delivery on order values of over £50, so please check our site regularly for our latest offers.

Important Note:

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country.  Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns

Should you wish to return any goods, you may do so only in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.

quoting your order reference number.

Please include with your return a copy of your original invoice with your full contact details, stating the reason for return.

After delivery, you may cancel your order (or any part of it) or make an exchange for any reason within 7 working days for items delivered within the UK, or within 14 days for international orders, provided items are unused and in their original packaging, with all labels intact.

You must send returns back by Recorded Delivery to ensure that we receive them. We cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post.

Delivery charges are non refundable. All UK exchanges are subject to a £4 return delivery charge and overseas as itemised in our delivery charges.

We cannot offer refunds on sales or promotional items, though we will be happy to offer an exchange in these circumstances.
